Channel pulse cards, per-platform metrics, and post-level performance — the Learn stage of the pipeline.
Analytics closes the loop: you saved the inspiration, you posted the content — now see what actually worked, without opening three different creator dashboards.
The overview: channel pulse cards#
The Portal home shows a pulse card per connected channel — your headline numbers for the recent period at a glance:
- Instagram — reach, views, likes, new followers
- YouTube — views, watch time, subscribers gained
- TikTok — followers, recent views, total likes
Cards are platform-tinted, update when you visit, and flag a channel that needs reconnecting instead of silently showing stale zeros.
What each platform exposes#
Each platform's official API decides what FavStash can show. Here's the honest map:

If a YouTube connection predates the analytics permission, FavStash falls back to lifetime channel totals (subscribers, total views, video count) and tells you so — reconnect the channel to unlock daily metrics.
TikTok

TikTok's API exposes current counters rather than historical series, so TikTok numbers are "right now" snapshots — the lookback window applies to the recent-videos list, not the counters.
Post-level analytics#
Every post published through FavStash gets its own performance view, linked from the post card:

Post analytics are available once a post reaches the published state — and they're the raw material for the fun question you can ask your AI: "which of my last 5 posts performed best, and why?"
Freshness & caching#
- Numbers are fetched live from each platform's API when you open the overview or a report.
- The portal caches results briefly (about 15 minutes) so navigating around doesn't hammer rate-limited platform APIs; caches expire fully within an hour.
- Platforms themselves lag a little — very recent activity (the last few minutes to hours, depending on the platform) may not be reflected yet. That's upstream, not FavStash.
- Lookback windows go up to 90 days (default 30) where the platform supports it.
