Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the FavStash website, mobile app, and API (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you’re using the Service for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

What FavStash does

FavStash lets you save links to publicly available short-form content (for example Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), organize and search them, connect your own social accounts to schedule posts and view their analytics, and connect approved AI agents or your own scripts via our API using credentials we issue to you. Some features may be labeled preview, beta, or coming soon, and may change with reasonable notice.

Your account

• You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• API keys are powerful — anyone with a valid key can read or modify your stash within the scopes you granted. Revoke compromised keys promptly.

Your content

You keep all rights to the URLs, notes, tags, and collections you add. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, and display that content only as needed to run, secure, and improve the Service for you — including the automated enrichment described in the Privacy Policy.

Publishing to your social channels

If you connect Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok accounts, FavStash publishes posts to those accounts only when you — or an AI agent acting on your authorization — schedule them. You are the publisher of that content and you’re responsible for it:

• You must have the rights to the media and captions you publish, and the content must comply with each platform’s terms, community guidelines, and disclosure rules (for example, branded-content and AI-generated-content labels where required).
• You must be authorized to operate every account you connect — connect only accounts that are yours or that you manage with permission.
• Platforms enforce their own limits (daily quotas, review queues, app-level restrictions). Scheduled posts can fail for platform-side reasons; FavStash surfaces the platform’s error but can’t guarantee any post is published or stays published.
• Scheduling actions taken by an AI agent you connected count as your actions. Review what your agents schedule.

When you connect or use YouTube features through FavStash, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe other people’s rights, or harass anyone.
• Try to break, scan, or overload the Service, or access non-public areas without authorization.
• Misuse the API (for example reselling access, evading rate limits, or probing other users’ data).
• Use the Service to scrape platforms in violation of their terms or to build a competing dataset of other users’ saves.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Third-party content

Saved URLs link to platforms we don’t control. Your use of those platforms — and any content you access there — is at your own risk and subject to their terms. We can’t guarantee that a transcript or summary will be available for every link.

Subscriptions

Paid plans may be offered. If you subscribe, the price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown at checkout. Purchases made through Apple or Google are billed by them and subject to the applicable store’s rules.

AI-generated outputs

Summaries, hooks, labels, and search ranking are produced automatically. They can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete. Don’t rely on them as professional, legal, financial, or safety advice.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS RIGHTS THAT CAN’T BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAVSTASH AND SKETRIC SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DON’T ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, IN WHICH CASE THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify FavStash and Sketric Solutions against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms — except where the claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them, where allowed by law.
